Have you been trying to lose weight for years and when you look at yourself in the mirror you feel frustrated?  You're not alone.  Many people have tried all the fancy diets, went out and got a gym membership, and felt like they put in the work only to see zero to minimal results at best.  The truth is, when it comes to hitting your weight loss goals, several things need to take place.

You’ve probably heard the saying, “nothing works unless you do.”  And for the most part, it’s true.  However, you CAN put in the work but still not achieve your weight loss goals if you haven’t planned things out correctly to set yourself up for success.

In this article, you will be provided a checklist of sorts that you can go through to ensure you have all the right measures in place to get started, stay motivated, and check off all the boxes towards your weight loss goals.

Let’s get started!  There’s even an area under each section where you can print out this article and physically write in your comments and answers to each in order to help keep yourself accountable.  If you decide to print this out (which is recommended), put your completed sheet somewhere you’ll see it often such as on the pantry door or on the front of your refrigerator to give yourself constant reminders and reinforcement as to why you are putting in the work and striving to achieve your weight loss goals.
