Shipping and returns

Shipping Information:

USA Domestic orders are shipped USPS or FedEx Ground for a flat rate of $6.50.

FREE USA Domestic shipping on orders over $150.

We ship to verified APO/FPO military addresses.

USPS/FEDEX does not deliver on holidays or Sundays. Tracking will not update on those days.

If a product is not received and it shows in the tracking information that it got lost somewhere on the route, we will ship you out a new package after 30 days from the shipping date UNLESS you have shipping insurance, we will ship out a package ASAP upon completed investigation.

If an order is shipped and its shows its "delivered" in the tracking information, we are not responsible for it if it gets stolen from your mailbox or you say it was not delivered. Please contact your local post office. Most times this is a case of misdelivery or the mailperson took it back with them.

If we do not get the package back then you will not be able to receive a refund. 

International orders are shipped USPS or Fedex and based off weight. Prices are pulled in real time directly from their shipping API's.

International first class mail can take 14-30 days to arrive.

International Priority mail can take up to 21 days to arrive.

Customs vary from country to country. Please make sure you know the laws of your country before ordering.

Duties and or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer. 

Customs can hold packages for up to 60 days in some countries. During this time we will not reship or refund as it may get released and delivered.

Please be sure to provide your correct shipping address. If a package comes back to MPA Supps due to incorrect address you will be responsible to pay a reshipping fee of $7.99 inside the USA. For international orders, we will need the full shipping cost of your order.

We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue a refund to you.

If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping.

MPA Supps Shipping Insurance insures your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily email us to discuss the replacement process. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be emailed within 5 days of your package being marked "delivered" Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. 


We will do our best to take care of you and treat you fairly. We ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return.

We accept returns on unopened non-topical products within 7 days of you the customer receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in new condition still. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

Any issues with the product must be brought to our attention within 2 days from the date of delivery. Issues include destroyed bottles, leaking bottles or any shipping damage that would cause lost product. If there are no issues brought up within the 5 days from the date of delivery no replacement bottles will be sent. MPA Supps makes no claims or guarantees. Refunds will not be given for used product or open product.

WHOLESALE: Wholesale orders MUST be shipped to a business address. If not shipped to a business address and there is an issue with the package, damaged, lost or stolen, we are unable to replace the order. Make sure your Wholesale order is shipped to your business.
