I love to finish body parts with an exercise focused on challenging the muscle from the lengthen/ stretched position. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
On the last set I take it a bit further by adding loaded stretches at the end of each exercise. Loaded stretches may help prevent injury as well as help build muscle. There’s little research on it but it’s has been used for several years now in BB world.
